Overview
At Edifier Kenya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are available for a variety of our products. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be processed.
General Eligibility
- -Items must be returned within 14 days of the invoice/receipt date
- -Items must be in their original manufacturer's packaging, unused, and undamaged
- -Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns
- -Items purchased from third-party dealers or resellers are not eligible for return through us
Online Purchases
Items purchased directly from our website (shop.edifier.co.ke) can be returned or replaced by courier within 14 days of the invoice date. Upon successful return, a credit note will be issued for the value of the goods minus any incurred shipping costs.
To initiate a return for an online purchase:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will arrange for collection or provide return shipping instructions
- Once received and inspected, we will process your credit note or replacement
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased at our physical location may be returned or replaced within 14 days of receipt. Please bring the item in its original packaging along with your receipt to our store:

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. Eligible conditions include:
- Physical damage visible upon delivery
- Manufacturing defects
- Missing parts or accessories
- Wrong item received
For damaged or defective items, we will arrange for replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Electronic Goods - Special Conditions
Important Notice
All electronic goods are non-returnable once they have been unsealed or have left the store premises, unless they are found to be defective. We test all electronic items before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect working condition.
We recommend inspecting electronic products immediately upon receipt. If you discover a defect within the warranty period, please refer to the product's warranty terms or contact us for support.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Consumable items (batteries, cables, etc.)
- Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
Credit Notes & Refunds
Upon successful return:
- A credit note will be issued for the value of the returned goods
- Shipping costs may be deducted from the credit amount for change-of-mind returns
- Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Refunds to original payment method may take 7-14 business days to process
Warranty
All Edifier products sold through official channels come with manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by product. For warranty claims, please contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
